LighthouseHive is a Norwegian organization, founded by a team united by a shared conviction: democracy only works when citizens, journalists, and civil society can see clearly what those in power have promised — and whether they have followed through. Governments produce an extraordinary volume of commitments every year, and almost none of it is systematically searchable. Commitments expire without scrutiny. Contradictions go undetected. Democracy forgets.
